Chin-up Pull-up Exercises To increase Height

Close Grip Chin-up Exercise:

  • To begin, step up and hold the parallel bars
  • Pull your body up till your elbows are kept at the sides
  • Then lower your body down until your shoulders and arms are fully extended
  • Continue this process as much as you can

Pull-up Exercise:

  • To begin, step up and hold the bar overhand
  • Pull your body until your neck attains the height of your hands
  • Now lower your body till your shoulders and arms are fully extended
  • continue this process as long as you can
