Step One:
- Lay down on your belly with your hands on your chest and your legs together.
- Slowly raise your chest and head high as much as you can as you inhale
- To support your lower back keep your bum muscles tight
- As you raise your head, open your heart and chest
- Breathe for several times and then slowly come down your head
- Repeat as necessary
Step Two:
- Follow the above steps
- When you’ve raise your head and chest high as much as you can, raise yourself gently on your arms to stretch the spine even more.
- Let your pelvis remain on the floor and raise yourself as high as you are comfortable.
- Then come down after you breathe for several times
