Foods to Eat to Grow Taller

Food and a proper diet plays a major role in increasing your height. So, whatever you eat, bears a great impact on your height. Therefore you need to take care and make sure you have a nutritious and proper diet.
You must make sure to have food which have more vitamins and minerals as its ingredients. One must also consume food which are high in calcium for the growth of bones. So, therefore try to consume more milk and milk products like cheese, butter, yoghurt etc.
Another important thing that you must consume and include in your diet is Vitamin D. Foods that are enriched with Vitamin D are shrimps, salmon, sardlnes,cod and milk. There are also some breakfast cereals which contain Vitamin D.
Protein is again another important constituent for growing tall. In our body each protein contains a lot of amino acids in which the most important amino acids are Lysine and Leucine. You must try to have at least one gram of protein for each pound of your body weight. Food that are enriched with protein are fish, meat, eggs, beans, nuts, seeds and dairy products like cheese, butter, yoghurt etc.
With a proper diet, you must also drink proper amount of water through out the day. Consume a lot of water, raw vegetables, fruits and juices. One more important thing that you must follow is to have proper amount of sleep. Do not skip meals and try to have a good and proper breakfast.

thank you for this info. i will try to follow the instuctions.one sad thing i would like t admit is that i dont eat breakfast.i will slowly bring it into my diet..
